We require a $500 minimum in services to travel and a $250 deposit to reserve your date. The travel fee is $100 per stylist in Houston or $150 per stylist outside Houston. If you have more than five people there may be an additional travel fee for another stylist.

All cancellations must occur within 24 hours or the deposit will be forfeited. Please call in advance to ensure availability.
In order to provide a guaranteed start time and, more importantly, a guaranteed finish time everything we do is managed on a contract. This notes all of the services you have reserved with us: your start time, finish time and ready location. In addition, your contract also serves as your receipt. It notes all payments due and payment dates. In order to create your contract and book your date with us we first need your wedding date, ready location, and your ideal finish time. Don’t worry – if you don’t have all of the details pinned down just yet, our front desk can help guide you through what is typical.

Recommended Before Your Updo Appointment
• Please come with clean, dry hair
• Very curly hair works best when blown straight prior to appointment (but not flat ironed)
• Make sure hair is dry
• Try not to over-condition to avoid limp hair
• If hair is colored or highlighted make sure new growth is retouched one week prior to appointment for best results
• Make sure ends are trimmed for a neat finish
• Wear a button down shirt
• Hair ornaments are welcome (flowers, pins, etc.)
